Longmans, Green, and Co., New York, published the first edition on 27 October 1903, but this was not illustrated. Longmans, London, published the first UK edition which was also not illustrated. George Newnes, London, published an edition with four illustrations by <a href="/illustrators/12">Cyrus Cuneo</span> c. 1906. I am unsure if the frontispiece for the P. F.
